Our friend Tebo came over and brought this lovely treat with him.
The deep tangy white wine made me wish we had a giant cheese plate! It is definitely a wine you want to serve chilled.
This wine was very straightforward had a bit of a liquorice finish.The bouquet has hints of exotic fruits.While a bit sweeter than I usual for it was a nice change.
This kind of wine would have been great with cheese or a white fish. But chilled by itself wasn't bad ether.
