Lunch Under the Tuscan Sun

Picking back up right where we left off on Friday... 

After our horseback ride and Medieval town tour we were utterly famished! Thank god the next stop on the tour was lunch.

Easy-Bake Oven

Everybody knows Sundays are for lounging around and doing nothing. However, today there happened to be nothing good on TV.  I needed something to occupy myself, mainly so I could avoid helping my mother take down Christmas decorations. If there is anything that could come close to my love for traveling, it's baking.      

So I picked the easiest recipe I could think of... Banana Bread.

I was lucky enough to have my fabulous cousins Kath and Kate pop up to Cannes for a few days and when in France there will be wine!

After a very grueling weekend of doing nothing but being a tourist, we decided to take Monday off and just relax. 

To Market, To Market

On our second day in Cannes we went to the Marche Forville market in the middle of town.

Cooking/Cheese

This will culminate with us putting cheese on a plate next to some artful fruit. Mostly figs. Figs are classy as shade.
