Leaving our Cannes apartment was a bittersweet moment for us.  We were unsure what the future of our trip would bring, but we were also extremely excited for a new beginning. Our first adventure was hopping on a GIANT ferry heading to bluer waters surrounding various Mediterranean Islands.

We On A Boat

So Laura and I were super depressed after we got robbed and needed something to take our minds off the incident.

At the end of the last post Jen and I were just finishing up our tour of the Renior Museum.

After Amsterdam we went back to our apartment and did absolutely nothing for about a week, we were exhausted from all our travels. And then our friend Jen, who we met in our Paris hostel, came to stay with us for a week.

So back to Paris... I had planned to go to bed early last night but we were having way to much fun at our Picnic in the Tuileries. We really enjoyed the champagne we had purchase earlier that day at the Moet Cellars. I went to bed late and prepared myself for an early alarm to go off the next morning. I had a very exciting day planned for myself!

Champagne, France, is like Candy Land for adults, but instead of candy there's endless flutes filled with bubbily goodness. God, I just love Champagne.

The day after Julia left to go back to the United States, Meg and I hopped on a train heading to Paris. The first day we got to Paris we didn't do anything "touristy" we went out had and had a fantastic time roaming around the city just for fun. I can't show you because those pictures were all on my now stolen iphone :( So let's move on to Day 2.

Day Tripping and Night Swimming

The day after Ile Sainte-Margeurite we wanted to do something easy and relaxing. We decided to take a quick train ride to a town just a few stops away, Antibes!
