Show up with a bottle of wine!
Cabernet Sauvignon gets its name from the type of grape used to make the wine. This particular Cab Sauv made its debut in Genoa.
Deep and dry would be the best way to describe it. With a heavy red coloring this Cab would be divine with a filet, we had it with focaccia.
As you can see, it didn't last long. I blame this on the tannins, like I do most things.
